CyberMiles Foundation Limited (“CyberMiles
Foundation”), is a company limited by guarantee to be incorporated in Hong Kong
and governed in a not-for-profit manner. It will work closely with 5miles LLC
(“5miles”), with the aim of developing CyberMiles: a next-generation blockchain
optimized for e-commerce and designed for mainstream adoption.
By focusing on e-commerce and online marketplaces,
CyberMiles will integrate the latest blockchain innovations to power “Smart
Business Contracts” on a highly effective chain, and resolve the latency issues
associated with existing, general-use blockchains. Its utility token,
CyberMiles Token, is planned to be a “master token” to fund & empower new
e-commerce applications and projects, similar to how ETH is used for the
current generation of ICOs.

will be assisting the governance of the decentralized platform, with strong

What is Cybermiles?
Cybermiles is a new, fast and rising generation
block-chain used for small-scale businesses or contracts developed by Michael
Yuan. As compared to other cryptocurrencies such as; Ethereum, Bitcoin and
others, it is said to have being designed to have a “Geek Business Contract”
which is more superlative and superior. It is far more superior to “Ethereum
Smart Contracts” and with its fast and rising rate, it would soon be regarded
as the next world’s Ethereum (ETH).
Cybermiles has a future tendency of being the most used
cryptocurrency in the world. It would cover a large rate of above 10 million
users that are currently based in the United States. This large expanse covered

to be the initial ecosystem to apply real-world applications of the
blockchain solutions that the Foundation is developing. CyberMiles is the
blockchain protocol that will underpin these solutions, and CMT aims to be

What will the Cybermiles tokens do?
CMT has a lot of advantages for holders, that
are mostly for their 5miles application. With CMT, 5miles plans to reward and
incentivize the community members if they contribute their computing power for
maintenance of the network. This can be done in several ways; running nodes,
validating transactions and the execution of Smart Business Contracts. In
short, if you help the network, you’ll be rewarded with CMT!
But there are other things too. If there’s a dispute between
buyer and seller, the network will select a random group of people for their
opinion. You evaluate the case and claims, and then you can choose whether the
buyer is right, or the seller. When you chose the same answer as the majority
of the other people from the selected group, the dispute will be settled in the
favour of the buyer or seller depending on who the majority chose as right, and
you’ll be rewarded in CMT. If you chose what the minority choose, you won’t get
any CMT. This way, Cybermiles makes sure that you will put in some effort to
review the case as you won’t want to miss out those basically free tokens!

The next thing you can do with the tokens is creating a
user-generated & user-curated 5miles group. These groups focus on same
interest in things. This means you can create a group that’s all about Fender
guitars, let’s say the ‘Fender-Benders’. To create this group, you need to pay
a certain amount of CMT. People who want to sign up for this group need to pay
membership dues and if you want to promote your own badass Fender guitar you
need to pay some CMT to. Seems like a lot of paying! This however is a good
thing, as tokens will be in circulation and in demand, raising the value of
CMT.
Businesses also have a couple of benefits using CMT. They
can give out promotions and coupons that are only payable with CMT and they are
eligible to promote their products if they pay CMT tokens to people who are
willing to promote the company’s product, as there will be people who have
followers and significant social media presence. This can even be done within a
certain radius to reach out to people who are closest to the stores and thus
are the most appealing customers.
The best thing is yet to come, because there will be
something called ‘5miles Experiences’. This is essentially a review page for
every buyer and seller. Buyers can post pictures about the product they
purchased and tell others how happy or angry they are with their product and
